I don't seem to be able to find a similar slide at the box stores.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Unfortunately we do not carry an exact match for your original drawer slides. The best we can supply is the 32-060 style that installs to the back of the drawer with the 32-139 bracket. I cannot guarantee this style could be adapted, but review the overall specifications to see what you think!

We have multiple sizes that I have related on the page for your review.
