Hi there,
This in an odd one. Some old windows. The sash balance is mounted on the side. We can not get any numbers off of it. The cords that pull the sash open are broken. There also seems to be some wire attached to the sash balance. Not sure where to start with this one....

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the old-style balance system shown in your photos. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
