side rails removed from window

Question

The window part number is 2950 CJ AT or at least that is the number engraved at the end of the part.  The metal length is 30" with a plastic insert on each end making the overall part 31".  The windows are about 21 years old. I could find no description on the windows. The part is 5/8" x 1/2".

Thanks for reaching out! Your channel balance appear to be either the S380-24 with a 1" shoe or the S385-24 with a 1-3/32" shoe. The metal channels measure 30".

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match either measurement.
