side window clips and balances

Question

I need these clips (right and left) that screw into side of window sash that engage with coil balance-- the coil balances that I need are stamped with a number 2440 that are 25" edge of metal to edge of metal, can yopu help identify these parts so I can order?

Hello,

Unfortunately, your exact top sash guide is no longer made. We have suggested the 18-066 as a replacement in the past, however, we cannot make any guarantees. Some sashes are made with a type of contour built into the framing that may not allow them to install properly on the sash. With that being said, take a look at the dimensions and design to see if this could be a fit for your window.

As for your channel balance, we should be able to help but your photos only show the top fitting. We'll also need to see the bottom fitting, pulley clip, and connecting point between the spring and pulley system to narrow down your options. Thank you!
