Found no markings or numbers. dimensions are approx 3" x 13/16" x 5/16"

Thank you for posting. Can you confirm the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center? I can't quite make it out based on your tape measurer. Thank you!

the distance between the holes appears to be 2"

I'm afraid we have not been able to find a replacement for these tilt latches with those dimensions. You might want to consider our 26-193 and 26-194. These are the only latches we have that may be able to fit on your narrow sash. You would have to re-drill your screw holes, though.
