Need to replace a few of these but don't want to order the wrong ones. Can you point me in the right direction.

Your balance will be a match for either our S380-33 or S385-33, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You'll need to measure your shoe to confirm the better choice.

Your stamp also uses an old rating system, one that ends in "9." This isn't used anymore but one of our modern stamps may indeed work for you regardless. To determine which one is best, you'll have to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart that we show on each balance's store page.

A home owner from Blythe, California says:
As best as i could tell based off measurements, it looks like a 385 would work. I weighed the sash at 19.8 lbs and chose accordingly. I already ordered 2 and should arrive in the next day or two. I'm hoping they work properly.
If so i will be buying at lest 4 more as i have issues on two other windows as well.
Thank you for the response back!
