silverline was the original manufacturer

left & right corners of top screen frame. the picture of the left side is missing the pull tab. combination corner piece with corner, pull tab and sliding lock. the number printed on picture might help. 842-2C & 842-3D. I need to replacement screens and broken pull tabs and sliding locks on several windows. Sliding lock fits into slot on bottom edge of top frame. Seems to work well. Standard replacement frame kits don't have proper locking ability. Please advise. Thanks
