I have several windows where the block and tackle has separated from the shoe it appears that the plastic shoe has broken at the top. Can the shoe be replaced or is it part of a block and tackle replacement kit?

I can't really make out your shoe from this photo, but it looks similar to our 15-195. Could this be what you're looking for?

If not, I will need a clearer picture of the part you're trying to replace.
