hello im trying to fix 2 windows for a customer of mine.  i beleive they are simonton.  i need 4 spiral balancers, 4 shoes, 4 pivot bars.  windows are 47x47 vinyl double hung insulated glass.  parts are for the lower sash only for both windows.

Hello there. It sounds like we can help, but Simonton can use many different balance designs. We'll need you to remove the old hardware and send photos, as well as pertinent dimensions. For the spiral balances see the videos I listed on this page for details. For the pivot shoe we'll need its exact width and thickness. For the pivot bars seeing them removed should suffice. We'll do our best to help from there.
