I am in need of a coil balance for a Simonton window see (see picture). Is this something you have or can get?

The coil springs look fine, so you should be able to just replace the broken pivot shoe. Take a look at our 15-192 and see if this matches. Keep in mind that if you have the older model, you will need to switch the metal cam from the old nylon shoe to the new. If you do need the coil springs, see our Series 170.

i have the same problem on multiple windows, all the shoes are broken. how do you get these assemblies out of the track

Hello there. The video below shows how to remove a similar coil balance assembly from a window track. While it's a different system from the one discussed here, the principles should apply all the same. Take a look and let us know if you have further questions or issues.
