Thanks for posting, Peter. I'm afraid I cannot identify what you have based on your picture. Is there any way we can see a picture of each piece you need out of the window? If you can also provide measurements, that would be a huge help.

just to follow up on earlier post. Attached is another label I found on the Simonton Double Hung Bathroom Window, which I need to repair
1. pivot bar-left and and right
2.2 tilt latch left and right
3. pivot shoe left and right.
Let me know the part numbers in your catalog. Then I will proceed to order.

I'm afraid the labels themselves do not tell us what you have. Without seeing the old hardware, we won't be able to confirm a match. Simonton used a few different balance Series on their windows and they're no telling what you have. That said, I've made a list of possible replacements you could consider. You can see them on the right side of this page. There is no guarantee they are what you have, but it's a place to start, at least.
