This is an upper sash, spiral balancer retainer clip. You might refer to it as a shoe. Can you identify which part I need to replace this clip/shoe?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I can't ID what you have from this photo alone. In order to do so, I would need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window track. In addition to this, I would also like you to write out the thickness and width dimensions. That will help me track down a match.
