simonton window components

Question

The components that move my double hung simonton windows are broken on both the upper and lower window. I have attached a copy of the closed window and of the parts that are broken. I am confident that I can repair the window if I can get the parts. Please let me know if you can help. Thanks, Kathy

Thanks for posting, Kathy. Looks like you just need a pivot shoe. I recommend our 15-192. This should work well to replace your old one, but make sure not to throw the old one out. There are some old Simonton windows that require you to reuse the old center metal cam and yours may be one of them.
