Question

The underside of the lower window of a double hung window has a track where two pins would be that the lower window pivots to clean and allow the window to stay in place. These are missing. Are they available from you? I'm in NJ and the window is in Woodstock NY so I have some numbers, 57821/02 51 2500 47 0000 61dhwi 60436lear 8/15/14 a48wh.

It sounds like you're describing the pivot bars, but I'm afraid I don't know what you might have. The numbers and brand alone are not enough to identify, a physical reference is necessary.

Since yours are missing, would you happen to have another window in the house that's of an identical make? If so, we can look at the pivot bars off of that window.
