simonton windows 50X43

Trying to find the correct balance/guide combination to match what was removed (2305). The bottom guide seems to be smaller than any I have seen, in particular the 7/8 measurement. Most bottom guides are over 1 inch for that dimension. The top guide I'm thinking 60-508. I have a couple other numbers from notes made during a repair a long time ago but can't find them anywhere again. top 18-199 and bottom 18-200 and a 31-012
Thanks,
Jack

additional information:
window weighs 24 lbs
took more detailed measurements of the guides and compared to those on your site. It looks like the top guide is 19-005 and the bottom is 15-029. Both are winged. I didn't see any "assemblies" with that combination in your lists. Other part numbers referenced in the first post were from windowdoorparts.com

Hello there. You're right, you need a balance with the 19-005 Top and 15-029 Bottom. We don't have any stock balances that use that 7/8" shoe, but we can provide them for you via custom order. I can write up a quote for 24" balances, with the 19-005 and 15-029 attached. They will have a stamp option of 2350, which supports a window sash in the weight range of 23 through 27 lbs. Does that look right to you? Also, can you tell me how many balances do you need? From there, I will get that quote ready for you to review.

Thank you Bob. Sounds right. I only need 2 at this time but thought I would get at least one set to have in reserve. I have 6 windows that are the same size/brand and I will probably encounter the same failure sometime. If assembling them myself would be more economical I could go that route if I had the parts. Please provide me with a quote that would be most economical. I' sure more would be cheaper but I don't want to have an over abundance in reserve. Thanks

To start, I just sent you an email with a custom link enclosed to order (2) 24" balances, stamped 2350, with the 19-005 Top and 15-029 Bottom attached. If you'd like a different amount, or would later like to order more, just let me know. Many thanks.

Thanks Bob,
Your price for the assembled balances is good and I would like to up the quantity to 4 as long as shipping doesn't go out of sight. That will give me a set in reserve. I'll be sure to save this information if needed in the future. Pleasure doing business with you.

Sure, no problem. I just sent you an updated link with a quote for (4) instead. Let me know if you have further questions, and thanks a lot for your business.
