Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see a photo of the operator with the window open so that the arms that operate the sash are fully visible to get started.

Great, it looks like you may need replacement hinges like our 36-048 set with a 10" base. AS for your operators, take a look at our 39-187 and 39-188 and see how our dimensions compare to yours. Thanks for posting!
