5 of my simonton windows have the top window that fall if the lower window is not closed. the parts on each side of the window are broken. Can you tell me if you have the parts? If yes, which part #?

Hello, Anne. Your old Simonton brand shoe isn't made anymore, but you can use our Certainteed brand 15-192 to replace it. Just note that some Simonton shoes have a slightly different style of metal cam compared to the part we sell. In a worst case scenario, you'll have to reuse it, so make sure to hold onto it for now just in case.

I have a few of failed windows. I was suppose to get replacements, but didn't hear back from then.
