Thank you for reaching out to us! We may have a replacement for your window balance but we'll need more information to confirm. Can you show us a photo of the pivot shoe? It should be located right below the coil springs and housing.

Our 15-111 pivot shoe which uses the 1/2" Series 160 coil springs comes to mind. I recommend you remove your old hardware to confirm that your pivot shoe matches up with ours as well as measure the width of the coil band to confirm it is 1/2".

To determine the coil spring weights, check the coil band for a stamped number. If there isn't one you will have to divide the sash weight by the total number of springs in the window.

Thanks, the coils are 3/8" #5.0 35" , the coils are not broken so can I just resuse them?

I will also order the 3/8" dual coil supports

I will order the 1/2" pivot shoes as you recommend

So there should be a coil connected on both sides of the pivot shoe , at the moment based upon my pics I guess the coils have have just come disconnected to the pivot shoe.

Many thanks

I would recommend the 3/8" Series 165 for the coil springs since yours are 3/8" wide but you can indeed re-use them if they're in working order!

Oh, my apologies for missing that! I'm afraid we don't have a video that shows how to install the springs to the 15-111. However, you'll notice two holes at the top of the 15-111 pivot shoe. This hole is bisected by a slot that the tip of the S160 spring fits into flat ways, then twists in the round hole to lock in place. I hope this helps.
