I have an approx. 34"(W) x 30"(H) aluminum single hung slider. House was built in 2003. Window sticks and unable to close properly. Balancers are bad. Can only see 1 balancer. At least 1/2" wide and has 4 vertical holes( one hole, then no hole, then 3 holes closer together before rivet holes). has 27 then 4 stamped vertically on it.
Please help me find the right balancers asap! I am closing the sale of my house in a week and need to get this fixed!

Hi Vince - I know you're pressed for time, but can you send us photos of your balance including both ends? We also need the length of the balance and the weight of the sash.
