I broke one hinge pin while washing window. Found some guy who said he could find me one, he took the other hinge pin and now doesn't answer his phone.
I have my home for sale and now this one window is not operational. Please help me. MST is 4676/4461
Thank You
Karen

Hi, Karen. Let me see... So, there was a broken pivot pin and a functional pivot pin, if I understand correctly. This guy you mentioned disappeared with the functional pivot pin, right? So, do you still have the broken pivot pin to show us? If not, do you have another window with the same kind of pin that you can show us? We just need to see a photo of your part to identify it – and we promise not to steal it, either.

yes you are correct. I did have a neighbor help me take out another window hinge pin. I took pictures which are on my I Phone. But how do I get them to you. I just got this Phone and my grandchildren do not live locally so I'm not good at using all its functions. Please advise. I'm typing this on my PC because it's easier.

Your best option would be one of these:
- Try to send an email from your phone. If you have signed in to an email address on the phone since getting it, you should be able to do this. Our customer service email is customercare@swisco.com.
- You can send the photo from your phone to your PC, then email the photo from the PC to us. You can use a text message, or even a USB data cable, to transfer the photo to your PC, if you know how.
- Text the photo to a friend or family member and ask them to email it to us.
