single hung window channel balance

Question

the bottom is broken and I cannot get the other side removed. Only marking I can find on it is 2040, it's for a single hung window and the existing channel is 21" long. Can you identify the replacement I would need from this description and the pictures? Thank you!

Thanks for posting! Your channel balances look a lot like either the S351-21 with a 1" shoe or the S390-21 with a 1-1/8" Shoe. To determine which of these is the right replacement, carefully compare the measurement from the depth of your bottom shoe.

You'll need to select the 2040 stamp option.
