single hung window plastic part that holds spring

Question

Looking for single hung window sash guides to hold spring in place, the length is 1 1/2 inch long, inside 5/8" wide and top cap 7/8", also looking for plastic clips that on both side of frame has 2 that guide the window, also on bottom the plastic handles that lock in place to secure the window Thank you for your help
