One side of my window's sash support coil has broken. The photos show what I "think" is a Pella brand 350 series single hung window, vintage around 2005 when the house was new.
The plastic bit below the dual coil has broken - split, so now one side of the window is un-supported.
Window dimensions are 72" tall, 24" wide. The single moving pane that opens is 36" tall.
Let me know what my options are, if you have parts please, and if you need any additional info to help me.
