I can't make out the measurements from the tape measure, however, take a look at the 81-263 and the 81-049 rollers. Yours looks similar to these types of rollers. If the housing is in good working order, you might just need to just replace the wheel and axles. Take a look at the mentioned rollers and related hardware on this page and see what you think.
