Thanks for posting! Your patio door lock reminds me of the 82-002 Sliding Door Handle Set and its keyed version, the 82-002K. These handle sets have an installation hole spacing of 6-5/8", which I believe yours may have. Take a look over the dimensions and double check them to determine if either of these handles will work for your repairs.

These sets come with a compatible keeper as well as a small assortment of "teeth".
