SWISCO product code 80-102, Small Track Cover, should snap onto the top portion of the track. If the existing track is very worn you may want to apply a couple inches of silicone into the track cover at each end to prevent the cover from lifting up at ends. Or by crimping the ends only with a vise grip after installation, this will help the track cover stay on.
