This is exactly what I have been searching for. Question : is there a cover that goes over the side with the slide pin? I looksd exposed. What keeps it from popping out?

Hello,
There is no cover but the pin has a locking "Y" shape to lock it in place. See the diagram below for more clarification. Thank you!
