slide lock for storm window

I need about 20 of these slides for my old storm windows that I'm refurbishing.

As best as I can measure the total length is 2 3/4

And the length from the handle to the long end is 1 15/16. The thickness diameter of the rod is 1/8".

If this exactly is not available do you have anything close that I can modify?

This looks similar to our 91-179. Look it over and see if this would be a good replacement option for you.

I saw that before but the PIN to the end is 1 9/16 and mine is
1 15/16. Wouldn't it be too short?

Ah, I'm sorry I missed that. That may indeed be an issue; unfortunately, we haven't been able to find an alternate replacement. These old slide bolt assemblies aren't used much anymore. I'm afraid this is the only option we can supply at this time.
