slide on the bottom of the drawer

This is a slide that is failing from the weight and buckling. I can't find anything like it anywhere. It is on the drawers of my dresser by Stanley Furniture.

Your drawer guide is very unusual and not familiar to me. Take a look at the 32-086 and 32-019 to start out, though. Looking at your photos you might be able to install these on that wood piece near the guide you now have to help with the opening and closing. Also take a look at the front drawer guides the 32-083, 32-117 and the 32-011. These front guides should also help with the operation of your drawer.
