I have several drawers that the track is loose in the back because the rear plastic bracket has broken loose of the rail. The side mount slide has "UNIGRASS 6600" stamped on it. Any idea which rear adapter brackets might work?

Hi Art. I can't say for certain without seeing the old brackets or knowing the size of the gap that accepts the track; but I do suspect you might need our 32-119. Compare to your old brackets to confirm.
