Thank you for sharing your photos with us. We can help you with a replacement balance, but it will need to be special order due to its configuration. Before we go into more detail about that, we'd like to see another photo showing the metal clip at the end of the cord. Please also provide the quantity of replacement balances you're looking for. As for the top sash guide, our 18-008H looks promising. Take a look and see what you think.
