Hey Sandy. This looks like our 82-086 to me. The hole spacing is 3-15/16" and the thumb lever and key lock are offset toward the bottom of the handle set. Please compare.

do all of these have outside locks ? we don't need the key lock ?

Understood. See the 82-089, which is this same handle set but without the outside key lock. Let me know what you think.
