Unforutnately, we are not able to cross-reference the serial number on your patio door to any of our parts. We would need to see some photos of the handle, lock, and patio door to determine if we carry the parts you need. Also, please include the dimensions of the handle, including the distance between the center of the installation holes. Thank you!
