The lock handle set might be 82-086. Go over the dimensions to compare. I am afraid we don't sell dummy handles, you might be able to retrofit the 82-089 to the door for the dummy handle set. See what you think.

The handle set I am looking for is the 82-086. I can use the one that has the outdoor keyed lock. These doors were installed 2001. Are there any of these still made. I am attaching new pictures. The measurements are:
door lock receiver screws 3 1/8"
door handle screws inside/outside 3 7/8"
lock device 3 1/2" and 4 1/2"
Hope this helps

The 82-086 is certainly the right replacement for the handle set. If you need the internal mortise lock, I think our 82-226 should do the trick.

I have this, slider door handle white 2265 sash control patent 5125703 D340-398. The screw holes from center to center are 3 7/8. The handle you recommend is saying hole spacing is 3 5/16. This wont fit since the holes are closer together, Right?

No, a handle with a 3-15/16" hole center spacing won't replace a handle with 3-7/8". However, I highly recommend that you triple check your measurements. I've never seen a 3-7/8" handle set before, especially in this style, whereas a 3-15/16" hole spacing is extremely common. It's good odds that your hole spacing actually measures 3-15/16".
