slider door locking mechanism

Question

Sebastian on phone suggested sending photo of lock: latch is stuck inside and spring has separated. please advise on way to repair or if part has to be replaced, how to obtain. thanks!

Thank you for posting. Unfortunately, the issue you described cannot be fixed. You would have to purchase a new lock. Please take a look at our 82-218 Mortise lock and compare its dimensions to your own hardware to make sure it will work.
