sliding closet door bracket

Question

Hi,

I'm looking to purchase a replacement of the item in the photos. It's from a sliding door that was probably installed in the early 1990s.

It's about 2-3/16" long, 1-1/2" wide, 1-1/4" deep.

Any help is appreciated.
