I'm afraid I can't make out which roller you need based on this picture. It appears to be one similar to the 84-016, or any of the parts I've related to the right side of this page. I recommend looking over that list to see if anything we recommend could work. You will ultimately need to remove the old roller from the door to confirm. Yes, you should remove the wheel, photograph the whole housing that it sits in, and get wheel/housing measurements like diameter, length, width, and height.

Based on the spring style and your measurements, the first one to come to mind is our 84-142. I would still recommend going over our dimensions to confirm that they are the same, in case I'm misreading your tape measurer.
