We have older patio sliding door. The handle is ( Daryl patio rama 300 ) Part #19058 and 19103-BL.

Is there a such part or replacement for this item please let me know.

Hello, John. Please see our 82-008, I think this can work for you as a replacement handle set. If you can't reuse your pull and keeper, see our 88-002 and 89-003, respectively.
