sliding door handle

The plate split just below the bottom screw. We'd like to replace it with something similar.
Handle = 9"Installation holes = 3 15/16"The broken plate is approximately 4 5/8"
The rest of the mechnism seems to be working properly, but we would consider replacing that too if recommended. Thanks!

Thanks for posting. We don't carry this exact handle set, but we have a number of substitutes that should work. See the 82-030, 82-020, 82-032 or 82-033.
