sliding door handle assembly

Question

door bought from Lowes and installed by local contractor. Inner lock lever broke off. Been using trimmed stick in door. But now out river has broke off need entire assembly.

See our 82-086 Handle Set. Note that problems with the thumb lever could indicate the mortise lock is also broken and should be replaced. See our 82-218.
