sliding door handle hardware replacement

Attached is the disassembled sliding door handle and latch. The original was likely installed in 1989. Can you help locate a suitable replacement?

Hello, Dave. Our 82-035 patio door handle set looks like a possibility in a replacement. Take a close look and let us know if you agree. As for the mortise, you can go with our 82-218 and re-use the old face plate from the original piece.
