Hey, thanks for posting. Your handle set looks like an older style that was once made by Sash Control. Take a look at our 82-003 to start out, which is a newer style handle. You will need to measure your hole spacing to make sure that our spacing of 3-15/16" matches up. If it does, I think this will work.
