Do you have a replacement key cylinder which will fit this lock, which appears identical to your part number https://www.swisco.com/Legacy-Handle/pd/Patio-Glass-Door-Replacement-Locking-Handles/82-086?

Thanks for writing in. See our 82-310 Key Cylinder. I think this should work for you; you just might have to cut the spindle tail to accommodate the thickness of your door.

Bob, thank you! One more quick question, if I may. Are the keys to these locks keyed uniquely?

In other words, the key that comes with 83-210 should not be able to open the existing lock that it is replacing, right?

Correct, the keys that come with the 82-310 are unique to that cylinder.
