sliding door latch lever with female square

This part does look familiar, but I wasn't able to identify it. We would need you to remove the existing handle from the door and send us some more photos of it. We would also need its dimensions, especially the distance between the two screw hole centers. 

We do carry the 82-013 handle, which has a square type lever hole, but it looks completely different than yours. I'm not sure if it can work as a replacement.
