sliding door lock handle and lock

Question

I am looking for a replacement for the broken sliding door handle. The house was built in 1979, and the windows and slider door were installed by the A-Hern Company.

Your handle resembles our 82-055 with 3-1/2" hole center spacing but review our dimensions and compare them with your old hardware to see if this matches up.
