I recently installed the small rail cover just as seen in the video. The rail cover is now popping up on each end and curling. What can I do to keep the rail cover in place? is there a specific adhesive to use?

There are actually many theories on how best to install track covers. Some contractors pinch them to hold. I knew on one installer that used epoxy, but that can get messy. What I would do when I was used to install these track covers was to use a small #6 X 3/8" sheet metal screw (see our 33-071). I would use a new 7/64" or #33 drill bit and some oil to drill through the track cover. I recommend installing one screw on each end. If you install screws close to the ends they will not interfere with the operation of the door rollers.
