sliding door, screen door track

I have chip taken out of the lower rail for the screen door. It looks like the material is "fibrous". Whether it is fiberglass, I am not sure. Is this something repairable?

We only sell one type of sliding screen door track, which is our 80-111A. Look this over to see if you can use it to repair your door.
