I would recommend starting by taking a look at the 81-090 roller below, which also comes with a steel wheel. If you'd prefer a nylon wheel to help with the rust, see the 81-228 and 81-310 set of axles. Take a look at all the suggested parts along with the related videos to assist you. Thanks for posting.
