sliding glass door assembly

A home owner from South Carolina says:
The door is wood and approx 1.25" thick. The only identifiable parts are the latch mech in the door labeled with Adams Rite Mfg, and the mortise plate with the pd logo. The inside thumb latch broke off the shaft that turns the latch. The internals are fine, just need handles that will work with the latch mech, and have posts that are 5" apart with the shaft centered between the two.

The handle set might be our 82-003; compare the dimensions and see if you agree. This handle set is really meant for 1" thick doors however, so you may want to consider replacing it with a newer style like our 82-030. For the mortise lock, I can't totally tell without seeing it in its entirety, but check out our 82-226 or 82-227. Depending on the hole spacing, one of these may be what you need.
