We unfortunately don't sell this exact handle set. The only thing we sell that may work is our 82-030. The design is a little different, but looking at your door it should be compatible with the existing setup. Just note that the hole spacing is 3-15/16", center-to-center.

Another important thing to note is that we do not sell dummy handles, which appears to be what you have in this photo. However, the 82-030 can work in that capacity as the included thumb lever is a separate part that can be discarded. At that point it would simply be an exterior and interior pull handle.
